I graduated from the University of California, Davis, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Quantitative Biology & Bioinformatics. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Political Science. Broadly, I am interested in how artificial intelligence and quantitative biology can be used to understand political systems. More specifically, my research focuses on applications of machine learning, natural language processing, and models from population ecology to understand the dynamics of political communication in the context of American politics.
